Alter the amount of ingredients as you would like to.

The following ingredients will be mixed together, rinsed well and then soaked over night, preferably in spring water:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Dry Bean Soup Mix (do not use seasoning packet)
1 cup of each of the following:
  Winter wheat
  Seasame seeds
  Barley
  Whole wheat
  Mixed dry hot peppers
  Lentils (any color)
  Dried split peas

  Set aside:
  1 cup of Buckwheat grouts
1/2 cup dried mixed fruits diced, such as papaya, figs,       raisins and  dates.  (no sugar and no sulfur dioxide)
1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta (I use twirls)

After soaking mix over night, rinse again and add to a large stock pot.  Cover with a lot of  water.  Bring mix to a boil and then cover and reduce heat to a low boil -simmer.  Leave lid slightly cracked to prevent boiling over.  Make certain you stir often and do not allow water to dry out.  Cook for about 45-60 minutes or until beans are almost tender.

Rinse off the buckwheat and pasta and add to mix.  Simmer for another 15 minutes then remove pot from stove.  Drain any extra water. Stir in the dried fruits and toss together well.

Once the mixture cools down you can store it in several Ziploc bags and freeze for later use.
