  Ingredients
  1 cup Wild Rice
1 cup long grain brown rice
  1/2 cup of radish seeds
  dash of kosher salt (optional)

Set Aside:

1/4 cup chopped fresh figs, (dates or raisins are also good)
2 Tbls pumpkin seeds or flax seeds (or both)
2 Tbls pine nuts (or other crushed nut)

Rinse rice then place in a pot with enough water to completely cover (about 5 cups) stir in radish seeds and optional dash of salt.
Bring mix to a boil then cover pot and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until rice is done.

Remove from stove and with a fork, fluff rice while tossing in the rest of ingredients.  Mix until cranberries begin to break.

Once mixture has cooled you can store in several  Ziploc bags and freeze for later use.
